What’s your protection plan?
Everyone will have dark days in their lives.
And for entrepreneurs, this number may rise.
Being a team that constantly works with budding entrepreneurs, we genuinely believe that everyone, especially, entrepreneurs should have a protection plan to handle the extreme dark days.
May it be an exercise session, a short or long run, any spiritual practise, meditation, yoga, whatever it is, the need for something like that is inevitable.
No matter the day is hard or smooth, some among our team will have martial arts training session in the evening, releasing some feel-good hormones to smash some stress.
Throughout the day, we do EFT, which is the short form for emotional freedom therapy, where we try to sweep out the dirt and the limiting thinking patterns. And believe us, the more you try to banish them, you will get to know that there is a million more.
Vipassana meditation is also a part of our schedule, where we sit and watch the breath and sometimes the vibrations and sensations of the body. Maybe one day, the subconscious will be programmed such that we will no longer have a preloaded response to the things happening in our life.
A bit of yoga, gratitude journaling, reiki and creative visualisation is also scattered in our daily schedule. Then also, being humans, when shit happens, we realise that,
“It is okay not to be okay” and wish everyone should have some practice to get through the darkest of days.
