Health is more than liberating from illness, it is the dynamic process of change and growth that enables a person to become their own self.

Our organization prioritizes mental wellness. We believe that each individual is capable of achieving mental well-being if they are aware of the strategies and methods of self-care.

Mental wellness is important because every work we do and every emotion we feel is related to our well-being. In turn, our mental well-being directly affects our actions and emotions. This is an ongoing circle. Moreover, our mind and body are deeply connected and react to each other. Therefore, to achieve optimal health, it is important to look at the mind no matter how much we care for the body.

We use expression art therapy to help individuals know and make choices about pursuing a healthy and fulfilling life, under any circumstances, regardless of age or gender. Sessions allow beneficiaries to connect with themselves, explore their emotions, acquire self-esteem, belong and contribute positively to society and the environment
